Uppsala Security offers free Terra Classic (LUNC) Transaction Tracking Solutions to worldwide Regulatory & Law Enforcement agencies
Singapore, August 10th 2022 — Uppsala Security, a state-of-the-art provider of award-winning security tools and services for Crypto AML/CTF, Transaction Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Transaction Tracking, and Cyber Security officially announced today that it will offer free of charge access to the Terra Classic (LUNC) feature integrated within the Crypto Analysis Transaction Visualization Solution (CATV) to worldwide Regulatory & Law Enforcement agencies. The integration of Terra Classic (LUNC) within the CATV capabilities was recently added for business customers.
Uppsala Security’s CATV is an Anti Money-Laundering (AML) investigation/analysis tool exclusively created for the transaction tracking of digital assets, allowing users to track and monitor the behavior and transaction flows/patterns of digital wallets in real time in order to identify when and to which party/exchange the suspected funds were moved. At the current moment, CATV had added support for 12 different virtual assets such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Binance (BNB) or Cardano (ADA) and a total of 13 different virtual assets will be supported with the recent addition of Terra Classic (LUNC).
Following the unfortunate events involving the Terra ecosystem in the first half of 2022, Uppsala Security conducted its own investigation into the flow of funds and released two different official reports which can be found here. After the investigation — due to the fact that certain aspects were still under question marks, the team decided to distribute the Terra Classic (LUNC) transaction tracking solutions free of charge to law enforcement and regulators, judging that a faster and more effective digital asset tracking tool is needed for judicial agencies to conduct further investigations into the issue.
Existing investigations can take a lot of time and manpower because LUNC transaction details have to be manually checked through block explorers such as for example the “Terra Finder”. However, Uppsala Security’s CATV is characterized by visualizing the flow of all funds (exchange deposit/withdrawal details) by simply entering the wallet address into the tool, allowing users to intuitively understand the flow of funds related to the Terraform Labs (TFL)/Luna Foundation Guard (LFG) at a glance. In addition, Uppsala Security explained that information on Terra-related blacklisted wallets and exchange wallets can be identified within the tool, so it enhances the support of analyzing the connection to suspected transactions.
